The sweet ravioli are used at Carnival using the same puff pastry as the savory ravioli, but with a filling of ricotta, cinnamon, rum, sugar, lemon peel, egg.
Once closed, they are fried in sunflower oil, put on absorbent paper and sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
