MUSSELS AU GRATIN
Open the mussels Place them on a baking sheet and put two mussels in each open shell. Prepare a dough with breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, chili and distribute it on mussels. Sprinkle with olive oil and put them in the oven to gratinate.
SOUTÉ OF MUSSELS AND CLAMS.
Make a nice sauce with garlic, oil, chili, parsley, and tomatoes cut in half. Open the mussels in a saucepan and the shelled clams. Add them to the sauce and make the sauce tighten. Many prefer it dry, others more watery to dip the ”bruschetta” or bread.
