Spaghetti co e rampatelle

The “rampatelle” (limpets) are not found at the market, but attached to the rocks; go where the sea is clean and remove them with a small knife. Rinse them well and cook them in a sauté of garlic, oil, chili, herbs and cherry tomatoes. Add the cooked “al dente” spaghetti and let the sauce dry. Serve with a little chopped fresh parsley.
