The Tourist Charter
The World Tourism Organisation (W.T.O.) promotes ‘responsible, sustainable and accessible tourism for all’, within the framework of the right of all people to use their leisure time for leisure or travel purposes, and respecting the choices of the societies of all peoples’. It is in this context that the Lazio region tourist charter was created, according to the criteria laid down in art. 45 of regional law 13/2007, in harmony with the documents drawn up by the european commission and with national legislation, and taking into account the proposals of consumer associations and the most representative trade organisations at regional level.
The Hospitality Quality Charter
The Welcoming Quality Charter is intended to provide operators with a tool to improve their tourist offer thanks to some simple measures aimed at improving the experience of the tourist who comes to their facility and experiences the surrounding area.
